KIDS COSTUMES AND HANDMADE GARMENTS
I specialize in clothing for little ones aged 1-6!
My kids costumes usually range from $30-$60 depending on the size, complexity and price of materials. They are made to be comfortable and sturdy, not fall apart after one wash like most Halloween costumes. They are usually made from upcycled knit clothing and are based on your child's exact measurements.

Everyday kids clothes range from $20-$40 and come with a free voucher for my patching service if needed.

TODDLER COSTUME EXAMPLE: LANCER
Inspired by the video game 'Deltarune' by Toby Fox
Using a Romper & Hood pattern from madeformermaids.com as a base, I made Lancer's hood, headband & romper with medium weight knit fabric, using a simple zigzag stitch to maximize stretch.
I've made two different versions of this look now, improving on the design by altering the hood shape to stand up even more, stiffening it with interfacing and attaching it to the main costume.

In both cases the hood pattern was heavily altered to make it taller and pointy and I used the matching black of the headband and hood's inner lining to give a suggestion of the original character's shadowed face without making the model uncomfortable.
The original hood also had a detachable chin strap with snap tape, interfacing & extra material to keep the hood on when she ran around.

The romper legs were gathered with 1/4 inch elastic and closed with snap tape between the legs. I finished off the look with some white leotards that matched the sleeves nicely.
